Structural System:
​Kingspan Tek SIP panels, certified by BBA (British Board of Agrément) and compliant with UK Building Regulations. This structure is used for the suspended floor , walls and roof structure.

​External Finishes:​
Render board cladding finished with a modern thin-coat render system, using Monocouche or K-Rend for durability and a clean, contemporary appearance. Or , composite cladding, larch or cedar wood.

Roofing System:​
EPDM rubber flat roofs using Sarafil or Bauder membranes. With code 4 lead to the abutments. Supplied and installed with a 10-year manufacturer and installer guarantee.

​Foundations:​
Building Regulation–approved foundations (strip, raft, or pile) designed and engineered to suit local ground conditions and post final payment.

Compliance & Certification:​
All projects are fully compliant with Building Control regulations and receive final sign-off upon completion.

Cortizo Aluminium Bi-folding doors / windows with A+ rated glass, supplied with a 10-year guarantee.

142+mm insulated walls, floors, and ceilings for exceptional thermal performance and reduced energy costs.

12.5mm plasterboard throughout, tape and jointed, and finished ready for plaster or decoration.
