At Siptekk, high-quality, energy-efficient buildings using modern proven materials and methods.
Our standard building specification includes:

Structural System:
Kingspan Tek SIP panels, certified by BBA (British Board of Agrément) and compliant with UK Building Regulations. This structure is used for the suspended floor , walls and roof structure.

External Finishes:
Render board cladding finished with a modern thin-coat render system, using Monocouche or K-Rend for durability and a clean, contemporary appearance. Or , composite cladding, larch or cedar wood.

Roofing System:
EPDM rubber flat roofs using Sarafil or Bauder membranes. With code 4 lead to the abutments. Supplied and installed with a 10-year manufacturer and installer guarantee.
- Foundations:
Building Regulation–approved foundations (strip, raft, or pile) designed and engineered to suit local ground conditions and post final payment.

Compliance & Certification:
All projects are fully compliant with Building Control regulations and receive final sign-off upon completion.

Doors & Glazing:
Cortizo Aluminium Bi-folding doors / windows with A+ rated glass, supplied with a 10-year guarantee.

Insulation & Energy Efficiency:
142+mm insulated walls, floors, and ceilings for exceptional thermal performance and reduced energy costs.

Internal Finishes:
12.5mm plasterboard throughout, tape and jointed, and finished ready for plaster or decoration.

Masonry external leaf ( stone / brickwork outer )
