About Siptekk
Siptekk was founded by Oliver Barnard and Stuart Griffith of Griffiths & Barnard Ltd. With over 25 years of experience in the domestic extensions and conservatories industry, they established Siptekk to deliver a competitive and efficient SIP panel extension system — designed to challenge the overpriced conservatory market and the inefficiencies of traditional general builders.
Our roots lie in domestic construction. Over the decades, we expanded into land procurement and new build housing developments across Somerset. Meanwhile, GB Ltd evolved into a trusted commercial contractor, specialising in turnkey projects for clients across various sectors.
Our journey has included collaborations with educational institutions, retail establishments, and the creation of GBD Projects, focusing on high-end residential developments in South Somerset.
